Academic researcher (> 20 years of experience) with a demonstrated track record of collaboration with pharmaceutical industry. Skilled in Medicinal and Computational Chemistry, Neuropharmacology and Drug Discovery, especially for GPCRs targets. Published over 120 articles in peer-reviewed journals and co-inventor on 8 patents. Originator and co-founder of the Drug Discovery and Development Masters course at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Jagiellonian University Medical College Principal current research focus is the discovery of novel multimodal GPCR ligands targeting psychotic symptoms in Alzheimer’s disease and schizophrenia as well as first-in-class biased agonists of serotonergic receptors with robust antidepressant and anti-parkinsonian activity.
